Through due-diligence, systematic modelling, thorough understanding of people, product, environment and legislative factors.  Coupled with his own Electronics, Electrical and Software Degrees, Business Degree, ever growing technological qualifications plus 40yrs understanding, fantastic archive of applied and theoretical technology experience and hands-on skills.  To deliver sound, reliable, often ground-breaking, solutions on-time, to budget and meeting environmental goals etc...
 
He can impact all areas of business so he uses the following formulaic approach to new customers and each new request:
Two or more visits to site to fully understand the request and the situation - interviews, product map, customer profile, data profile and SWOT analysis etc...

Neville uses an online portal to continue to work with clients and their staff and refine solutions.  He delivers findings in-person working with all staff as needed.  A skilled Project Manager, he will oversee implementations to time, budget and quality standards.

Technology is about change and people deal with change in very different ways from keenness to keep trying things that don't work to reluctance to try something different even if it is the only job on offer and pays very well.  Most people sit in the middle and just accept it as a fact of life and get on with it.  Neville gets to know people and get the most out of them in ways they like - letting them work to their own pace and strengths so they come out of the change process feeling invigorated.
