Manages teams out and about doing work for a central control office. Logs requests, stores quotes, communicates tasks to teams, manages calaendar, sends and tracks invoices, prepares vat return data. All in one package.
Designed for a maintenance company running 50 vans around the UK this is an on-line tool that can be run by anyone with little or no computer skills.
It is intuitive and needs no office software installed on your PC or MAC or Unix computer.
You just need access to the Internet through a web-browser.
From the moment your customer calls VMM gives you control and tracking ensuring details are not lost and everyone knows what is going on, who is doing what, when and how. Even tasks like Inner London Congestion charge tracking is built in. It texts job info to teams before they start and sends details of how to find the customer. It is structured to reflect real-life customers from householders to Coprporate accounts with many sub-addresses.
