The Personal Assistant Wizard (PA Wizard) is an on-line tool that provides all the things you wish your task list could do:
Unique task reference to give to clients and customers so they can track their jobs.
Notes areas for you to put your instructions for you or your team to follow and complete the job, but costomers not to see
Job description as the customer described it.
Recommendations - where you can say what you think the customer needs to do to avoid having the job done again or just thing you have noticed on the job.
Billing items - where you list what your labour, parts and 3rd party invoice amounts are.
Invoice printing - you click 'print' and out come the invoice, records are updated and the tracking process starts.
On invoice and calendar views the jobs are colour coded so you can see exactly where your business is at any time - jobs paid for and overdue.
Simple user interfaces to see who is doing what across multiple teams - eg vans on the road or engineers on the shop-floor.
No need for Office applications on the client PCs and works under Linux/Windows all versions with current Internet Browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox
Opra version in development for use on Opra enabled mobile phones.
