Each sales rep is given an target sales area by existing customer section or post code list and given access to all data in that area - sales, contacts and history of contact.

Contacts are shown by the department in which they work and their employer is shown as a tree structure of company names, sub-divisions, departments and sub-departments etc...  no limit to the complexity that may be represented clearly - eg NHS trusts.

Sales Targets can be added for sales reps to show plans and success in a particular product launch or sales building exercise.

A bulk contact engine is provided to send mass mailing/emails to groups of contacts selected using filter criteria from the database.  The success of each contact made this way can be tracked by date and outcome.  Ideal for brochure sending, flyer promotions and emergency recalls or customer notifications.  Output to printer uses Internet Explorer or Firefox so no MSOffice nor other 3rd party programs need to be installed on the client machines.

Reports are provided for all the standard needs and the user is presented with appointments and alarms when they log in.  Alarms may be texted to the user's mobile number.
