Steal with pride

For millions of years, and in the name of the good of the many, anything that can learn from from others has learned and turned that knowledge to advantage as appropriate.
In our modern culture this common right has been strangled by legislation and jobs for lawyers trying to make money.
The morale here is 'steal with pride' - that is to say learn from others and do it openly and in a way you can be proud of.
All too often a good idea is knocked back because someone has done it before or own the patent.
Don't be put off - talk to the professionals that want to see your idea succeed so we all benefit.
