The list of documents you need at the start is small, but here are some of them:
1. Product Definition
2. Business Plan
3. Organsiational Structure
4. Strategy for Success
5. SWOT Analysis
6. Mission
7. Risk Management Plan
Some of these often get combined into the Business Plan, but if you have these when you recruit your success team you will get the best people interested.
