While many consultants charge you for calls and want to deliver their views and go, Neville wants to be part of your team. For this reason the normal fee structure is first day meeting you, your team and seeing the business for the first time - free of charge. The second day is flat fee £360 and the third day of meeting and report the same flat fee. You may agree more days are needed for larger more complex businesses.
Subsequent work is chargeable at £55/hr flat rate or £360/day whichever is less.
Recommended ongoing contract is equivalent to one day a month to have Neville on your team and at the end of the phone anytime - this is covered by a Service Level Agreement.
